Our firm represents both public and private companies and individual entrepreneurs.
Our company clients range from start-up/development stage to fully matured, exchange listed publicly traded companies. Our individual clients are typically entrepreneurs (new and established), high net worth angel investors and former professional athletes who invest in companies.
Over the past 20+ years, we have handled transactions ranging in size from $100 thousand to $100 million. Our client base has spanned a multitude of industries, including technology, e-commerce, sports and entertainment, oil and gas, manufacturing, hospitality, business services, consumer services and healthcare.
How do you bill your services/What are the costs?
We bill at an hourly rate, fixed rate or combination of both, depending on the matter. The cost of our services also depends on the matter. Our fees are significantly less than those charged at bigger law firms.
Will your firm help me raise money?
We can introduce you to various angels, brokerage firms, and investment banking firms, but as a law firm we do not raise money for clients.
